Anticipating the Future of Urban Cycling

Goal

Design a long-term rental service to support the shift in mobility across the Île-de-France region. A collective challenge: making bikes more accessible, more desirable, and better integrated into the urban lifestyles of tomorrow.

Road to performance

Alongside Île-de-France Mobilités, Groupe La Poste, and engineering firms, we led a 10-year forward-thinking design initiative. Through our Active Immersion®, we analyzed real user needs, defined personae, and developed the full product design of the e-bike, along with adaptations for 10 other bike types. This creative synergy aligned innovation, usability, and safety.
