We orchestrated every component signage, indoor and outdoor wayfinding, furniture, boxes, communication with data-driven tracking and full coordination of our supplier network.
A high-intensity kick-off where tight scheduling and production control enabled the delivery of 5 fully equipped stores, from initial survey to opening, and the supervision of 30 additional openings and upgrades.
